Aloha State Of Mind- Glam Polish Review

Hello Aloha everyone! Today on the bog we will be reviewing a new collection from the Austrian Indie brand Glam Polish, this collection I am super excited about, this collection is called Aloha State Of Mind, which is a Hawaii themed collection. I love Hawaii and will be going back this summer for my husband and I 10 year wedding anniversary, we got married on the beach there, and this collection came out just in time for our Hawaii trip. 

Here are the polishes, they did not come in a box there were packed very well in bubblewrap.

Let's take a look at these bright, beautiful Hawaii themed polishes. Almost all 6 of these polishes except one is a jellies, with iridescent flakies, and reflective glitter. 

First let's take a look at Lava's All You Need 🌋 this is described as a red jelly with a gold shifting iridescent flakies, and silver reflective glitter. 

This applied well in three coats and had a good formula. This polish is very pretty and represent Hawaii lava red very well.

🌺 Hula Girl this is described as a bright fuchsia pink jelly with a blue shifting iridescent flakies, and silver reflective glitter. 

This also applied well in three coats and had a good formula. This polish is also very pretty and so bright, which I love and represents the bright colors of Hawaii well.

🌅 Aloha Spirit this is described as a teal jelly with a pink and yellow shifting iridescent flakies, and silver reflective glitter. 

This applied well in three coats and had a good formula. This polish is also very pretty and represents Hawaii well.

🏝️ Here Today, Gone To Maui this is described as a blue/ purple jelly with a teal shifting iridescent flakies, and silver reflective glitter. 

This also applied well in three coats and had a good formula, this of course represent Hawaii well too, all of the polishes do. 

Also on the website in the photo's this polish looks more blue and my polish looks purple. This is an Indie brand and maybe when they mixed the batches the colors where a little different, I do wish I would have gotten the more blue version of this because their is already a purple in the collection.

🗿🔥 Tiki Time this is described as a purple jelly with a pink and yellow shifting iridescent flakies, and silver reflective glitter. 

 

This applied well in three coats and had a good formula, this again represents Hawaii well.

🍧 Rainbow Shave Ice is described as a rainbow glitter bomb, with large and small rainbow glitters, along with iridescent flakies and sliver reflective glitters. 

This applied well in three coats as a full coverage glitter, or as a glitter topper over a light blue polish, I applied two coats over the light blue as a topper. This polish represents the bright rainbows that you often see in Hawaii, along with the bright and yummy shave ice.

Which polishes were my most favorite? 

 

 

My most favorite polishes would have to be Lava's All You Need, the red jelly and Hula Girl the bright pink fuchsia. I just love that these two polishes are so bright and vibrant 

In conclusion the Aloha State of Mind collection I do really like/ love this collection fits the Hawaii theme perfectly, with the bright vibrant colors. At first I was thinking the only thing that I felt was missing was a blue, after look at the website Here Today, Gone To Maui was suppose to be more blue and sadly my polish was more purple. I do recommend this polish/ collection if you also love bright colors and Hawaii.
